Doctors at Vishwaraj Hospital, Pune have urgently recommended VSD Device Closure & Aortic Arch Repair Surgery, scheduled for 1st December 2025.
Without immediate intervention, her condition could quickly become life-threatening.

Her treatment plan includes CHD–VSD Device Closure and Aortic Arch Repair, both crucial for stabilizing her heart function and preventing further complications.

FAMILY BACKGROUND

• Aayesha’s family is struggling through extreme poverty.

• Her father is a manual labourer, earning only ₹44,000 annually.

• Her mother is a homemaker, caring for Aayesha and her younger sibling.

• The family depends on a ration card under the NPH Scheme, proving their financial hardship.

Despite their efforts, the parents are helpless  unable to afford even a fraction of the treatment cost that could save their daughter’s life.

The hospital has provided a medical estimate of ₹5,00,501/-, which includes:

• Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) Closure

• Aortic Arch Repair

• ICU stay & surgical team charges

• Medications, medical consumables, and post-surgery care
