Medical Overview
Master Swarup Ganesh Patil, a 5-year-old boy from Shirsasgaon, Taluka Yeola, District Nashik, is suffering from a serious bone infection that requires urgent medical treatment.
Doctors at Kasliwal Superspeciality Hospital, Nashik have diagnosed him with Osteomyelitis in the Right Femur with Sinus Tract, a severe infection affecting the bone in his thigh. If not treated promptly, this condition can lead to severe complications and permanent damage to the bone.
To treat the infection and prevent lifelong disability, doctors have advised urgent surgery – Sinus Tract Excision with Femur Debridement, followed by IV antibiotic treatment to completely control the infection and protect his leg.
Without timely treatment, Swarup may suffer from serious complications that could affect his ability to walk normally.
