Medical Overview
Master Rudra Rahul Salunkhe, a cheerful 3-year-old child from Jalgaon, Maharashtra, is currently battling a severe brain injury after a tragic head accident. While playing on a sliding board in a garden, Rudra accidentally fell and suffered a critical head injury that changed his life within moments.
After the accident, Rudra experienced severe headache, swelling on the right side of his head, dizziness, and vomiting. A CT Brain scan revealed a Right Parietal Fracture with EDH (Epidural Hematoma) and Cerebral Edema, a life-threatening condition requiring immediate neurosurgery.
Rudra was admitted to KIMS Manavata Hospital, Nashik, where doctors performed an emergency surgery to save his life. However, his treatment journey is still not over. One more major surgery is still pending, and the family is struggling to arrange the remaining medical expenses.
