Ms. Prerna Sampat Kamble, a 17-year-old girl, has been diagnosed with a serious congenital heart disease – Severe Subaortic Stenosis with Significant LVH (Normal Biventricular Function).

Doctors at Vishwaraj Hospital, Pune have advised an early subaortic membrane resection (high-risk surgery) scheduled for 20th September 2025. Without this life-saving procedure, Prerna’s condition may worsen and her future remains uncertain.

FAMILY IN CRISIS

Prerna is an orphan child with no parents or family to support her. Despite her young age, she has been working small jobs, earning barely ₹50,000 a year, just to survive.

With no one to turn to and no financial security, the burden of affording a ₹3.5 lakh surgery is impossible for her to manage alone. She is relying solely on the kindness of strangers and well-wishers for her chance to live.
