Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Anekaa Care Foundation, we are committed to transparency and building trust with our donors and supporters. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for donations will be processed. Please read carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
Refund Eligibility
Donations made to Anekaa Care Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:
- Technical Error: The donation was made due to a technical issue (e.g., multiple donations were processed by mistake).
- Unauthorized Transaction: The donation was made without the donor’s permission or knowledge.
- Incorrect Amount: The donation amount was entered incorrectly (e.g., an extra zero was mistakenly added).
Time Frame for Refund Requests and Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the original donation date. Requests made after this period may not be honoured.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@anekaacarefoundation.org with the following details:
- Full name
- Date of donation
- Donation amount
- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and process the refund within 14 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Refunds will not be issued if a tax exemption certificate has already been provided, unless there was an error on Anekaa Care Foundation’s part.
Cancellation Policy
- Donors can cancel their donation within 2 days of making the payment.
- To cancel a donation, please send an email to contact@anekaacarefoundation.org with the donation details, including the transaction ID and date.
- After 2 days, cancellations will only be processed if the donation has not been allocated to any charitable project. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Issuing of Donation Receipts
- Donation receipts will be sent via email or post, based on the donor’s preference.
