Anekaa Care Foundation appeals to your compassion to help save the life of a newborn baby boy, born extremely premature at just 28–29 weeks, weighing only 0.940 kg at birth. He is the second twin born to Mrs. Sneha Vinayak Patil, and is currently under intensive neonatal care at Sai Sparsh Children’s Hospital, Kolhapur.
Diagnosed with Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS), he is fighting for survival with the help of CPAP and High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) oxygen support. Despite fragile vitals, he continues to respond to treatment and now weighs 0.975 kg, but still requires prolonged critical care and 24×7 monitoring to make it through.
His father, Mr. Vinayak Patil, is a small-scale farmer in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, earning just ₹60,000 per year. Already burdened with medical costs for both premature twins, the family is now facing a heartbreaking financial crisis.
They have no resources left and are depending entirely on public kindness and the support of donors to continue their baby’s treatment.
Doctors expect this baby will need at least 60 days of NICU care, including:
HFNC oxygen therapy
IV antibiotics and fluids
Advanced neonatal feeding and medication
Continuous vitals monitoring and emergency readiness
Estimated Medical Expense: ₹7,03,127/-
This includes the complete NICU stay, medications, oxygen support, life-saving equipment use, and essential postnatal care.
Your timely support can bring this baby boy closer to recovery. Every rupee you contribute goes directly toward his NICU care, oxygen support, medicines, and survival needs.
You can still help this baby fight by sharing his appeal with friends, family, or on social media. Your one message could reach the person who saves his life.
