Meet Master Soham Sharad Sonawane, a 4-year-old boy from the small village of Kasoda in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Just like any other child his age, Soham loves to play, smile, and dream of a bright future. But today, his life hangs in the balance.

However, to save his life, he now urgently needs a *second and major neurosurgery* – an *Excision Surgery of the Posterior Fossa Tumor, scheduled for **April 29, 2025*, or earlier, depending on his condition.
