Mast. Shreeraj Vaibhav Galande, a bright and affectionate 9-year-old boy, has been diagnosed with a congenital condition called Right Branchial Sinus — a serious disorder that causes recurring infections and painful complications if left untreated.
Doctors at Jehangir Hospital, Pune, have recommended an urgent surgical procedure — Excision of Branchial Sinus/Fistula — which is scheduled for June 12, 2025, or earlier if his condition deteriorates. The surgery is critical to prevent future medical emergencies and restore his health.

Born extremely premature at just 1.475 kg, this little warrior is facing multiple life-threatening conditions including:
Extreme Low Birth Weight (ELBW)
Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS)

Necrotising Enterocolitis (NEC)
He is currently admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and requires ventilator support, oxygen therapy, lifesaving medications, and round-the-clock critical care.
Family in Crisis
His father, Mr. Abhijit Bhupal Pawar, a resident of Kolhapur, earns just ₹1,50,000 annually. Despite working tirelessly to support his family, the cost of saving his baby’s life has become unbearable. The family has exhausted all savings and has no financial support left.
