MEDICAL OVERVIEW
Born just days ago, Baby Ashwini is fighting a critical battle for survival. She has been diagnosed with multiple severe health complications — Bronchopneumonia, Pneumothorax (collapsed lung), Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS), and Sepsis.
Currently weighing only 2.3 kg, she is admitted in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and needs 15–20 days of continuous ventilator support, IV antibiotics, and advanced medical monitoring.
FAMILY IN CRISIS
Ashwini’s father, Mr. Pavan Sudam Mandlik, works tirelessly as a daily wage earner, but his total annual income is just ₹1,00,000 as per the official government income certificate. The family’s financial condition is extremely weak, and they are unable to bear the mounting hospital expenses.
To make matters worse, the hospital is not empanelled under the Government Health Scheme (MJPJAY), leaving the family without any external support.
