Medical Overview
Baby Trinay, just 9 months old, is suffering from a serious congenital heart defect. He has been diagnosed with:
Large Perimembranous VSD (8mm)
Additional small upper muscular VSD
Left-to-right shunt
Doctors at KIMS Manavata Hospital, Nashik have advised Early Total Surgical Closure, a life-saving open-heart procedure that must be performed urgently.
Without timely surgery, his condition may worsen and become life-threatening.

His father, Mr. Abhijit Bhupal Pawar, a resident of Kolhapur, earns just ₹1,50,000 annually. Despite working tirelessly to support his family, the cost of saving his baby’s life has become unbearable. The family has exhausted all savings and has no financial support left.
