Medical Overview
Ram Dyaneshwar Wayal is a 5-year-old boy from Jalna, Maharashtra, diagnosed with Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA), a serious congenital heart defect.
He has been evaluated at JJ Plus Hospitals, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, where doctors have advised urgent surgical correction of PDA. Without timely surgery, his condition poses a serious risk to his life.
As per the hospital estimate dated 31 December 2025, Ram requires immediate surgical intervention and related medical care.

Ram belongs to an extremely underprivileged rural family:

Annual Family Income: ₹40,000 only (as per Tahsildar Income Certificate)

Born extremely premature at just 1.475 kg, this little warrior is facing multiple life-threatening conditions including:

Necrotising Enterocolitis (NEC)
He is currently admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and requires ventilator support, oxygen therapy, lifesaving medications, and round-the-clock critical care.
Family in Crisis
His father, Mr. Abhijit Bhupal Pawar, a resident of Kolhapur, earns just ₹1,50,000 annually. Despite working tirelessly to support his family, the cost of saving his baby’s life has become unbearable. The family has exhausted all savings and has no financial support left.
