Baby Boy of Mrs. Payal Ritesh Vasagade, born on 07 November 2025, is currently battling for life in the NICU at Sai Sparsh Children’s Hospital, Kolhapur.
Born preterm at just 29 weeks, this fragile newborn weighed only 1.100 kg at birth.
At just 28 days old, he is struggling with multiple life-threatening conditions:
Preterm Birth (29 Weeks)
Very Low Birth Weight (VLBW)
Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS)
Clinical Sepsis
Necrotising Enterocolitis (NEC) — a dangerous intestinal infection
Full dependence on IV antibiotics, IV fluids, and 24/7 NICU monitoring
Despite continuous treatment, he remains critically ill and requires another 1 month of NICU care to stabilize his breathing, immunity, and feeding.
His current weight is 1.2 kg, and doctors are working tirelessly to help him gain strength and survive.
The newborn’s father is a labourer with an annual income of only ₹48,000, as verified by the Tahsildar Office, Karveer.
With such limited earnings, the family is unable to afford the extremely high NICU expenses required to save their baby.
Every day, they watch their child fight for life while struggling with overwhelming financial stress.
The financial burden on the family has become unmanageable:
Expenses till now: ₹4,18,832
Additional 1 month NICU cost: ₹2,50,000
Total Treatment Cost: ₹6,68,832/-
For a family with almost no income, arranging this amount is impossible.
They urgently need assistance to continue the newborn’s life-saving treatment.
Your donation will directly support:
NICU charges
Medication and antibiotics
Oxygen and respiratory support
Medical investigations
Nutrition & neonatal monitoring
Every contribution—small or big—brings him a step closer to survival.
Please keep this newborn in your prayers and extend whatever support you can.
Payal deserves the chance to live a healthy, happy childhood to play, learn, and grow. With your support, Paya can have that future. Let’s not wait for a miracle; let’s make it happen together.
