Armed with a strong academic background in commerce and business management (M.Com from Pune University and an MBA), Ashish combines deep social insight with strategic leadership. His hands-on work with several NGOs has shaped him into a results-driven leader known for his boundless energy, resilience, and unwavering commitment to social causes.
Ashish envisions a world where no child is deprived of opportunities due to poverty. His mission at Anekaa Care Foundation is to break the cycle of poverty by providing sustainable support in education, healthcare, and community development. Under his leadership, the foundation is paving the way for a brighter, more equitable future for thousands of children and families.

Nidhi Pushpam brings a heart of service and a powerful vision for inclusive growth to her role as Co-Founder of Anekaa Care Foundation. A native of Bihar and a graduate with a B.A, Nidhi has been a passionate advocate for women’s rights, education, and grassroots community development.
With over six years of hands-on experience in community organizing and social work, she has collaborated with various organizations to promote education and empower marginalized women and children. Her approach is rooted in empathy, inclusiveness, and meaningful action—making her a trusted and respected figure within the communities she serves.
Nidhi’s dedication to women’s empowerment shines through every initiative she leads. From championing girls’ education to supporting rural women through skill-building programs, she is committed to creating environments where women are not only heard but given the tools to lead and inspire change.Together, Ashish and Nidhi form the heart of Anekaa Care Foundation — a purpose-driven duo bound by compassion, resilience, and the unshakable belief that every life deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope.
